1. DIPLOMA ACCOUNT TERMS
1.1 Account Duration and Termination
- Your "Diploma" subscription provides access until your IB Diploma Programme graduation date
- Access automatically terminates on the graduation date specified in your account
- TutorMe reserves the right to request verification of enrollment status
- Access may be terminated early if you are no longer enrolled in an IB programme
1.2 Personal Use Only
- Your subscription is for single-user access only
- The account is non-transferable and non-assignable
- Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited
- Account access is limited to one concurrent session
1.3 Account Sharing ViolationsTutorMe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Terminate your account without refund
- Suspend access pending investigation
- Charge additional fees for unauthorized usage
- Take legal action for terms violations
- Monitor account usage patterns for suspicious activity
1.4 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing account credentials
- Attempting to circumvent access restrictions
- Creating multiple accounts
- Reselling or transferring access
- Recording or distributing platform content
- Using automated scripts or bots
1.5 Enforcement RightsTutorMe maintains the right to
:- Monitor account usage
- Implement additional verification measures
- Require periodic enrollment verification
- Modify access restrictions
- Terminate accounts without prior notice for violations
2. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
2.1 Payment Terms
- All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
- Lifetime access is limited to the duration of your IB Diploma Programme
- Promotional prices are subject to verification of student status
2.2 Refund ExclusionsThe following are not eligible for refund:
- Partial month usage
- Account sharing violations
- Unused portions of prepaid terms
- Accounts terminated for violations
3. MODIFICATIONS
3.1 TutorMe reserves the right to:
- Modify these terms at any time
- Adjust feature availability
- Change access restrictions
- Update verification requirements
- Modify or discontinue services
4. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By creating an account or using TutorMe services, you acknowledge:
- These terms are legally binding
- Your account is for personal use only
- Violations may result in immediate termination
- You are currently enrolled in an IB programme
- You will not share or transfer your access
5. DISCLAIMER OF AFFILIATION
TutorMe explicitly acknowledges and states that:
- TutorMe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO)
- "IB", "International Baccalaureate" and "Diploma Programme" are registered trademarks of the International Baccalaureate Organization
- TutorMe is an independent education technology platform that provides study tools for students pursuing the IB curriculum
- Any references to IB courses, examinations, or curriculum are for descriptive purposes only
- TutorMe does not claim any official relationship with or endorsement from the International Baccalaureate Organization
